PromoteOS provides distribution intelligence tools for SaaS founders. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service to engage in any activity that is harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PromoteOS and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromoteOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
